It was a sunny day at Pinewood Elementary. Ms. Lee smiled and said, "Today is special, class! We will learn four new words!" The students cheered loudly, filled with excitement. Tommy raised his hand, trying to sound confident as he asked, "What words are we learning, Ms. Lee?" Ms. Lee replied, "We will learn about being cheerful, confident, polite, and patient today!"
The class began their adventure! First, they talked about being cheerful. "Being cheerful means being happy and spreading joy!" said Ms. Lee. Everyone shared cheerful stories and laughed. Next was confident. "When you stand tall and believe in yourself, you are confident!" she encouraged. Then came polite. "Being polite means using kind words like 'please' and 'thank you,'" Ms. Lee explained. Finally, they learned about being patient. "It takes time to learn new things, and that's okay!" she said kindly. Everyone nodded, understanding how important these words were.
