It was a bright and shiny day in Cookie Town. All the cookies were buzzing with excitement. They were planning the Great Cookies Masquerade. Everyone was invited, and everyone wore a mask to hide their cookie faces!

Sam, a round chocolate chip cookie, was very curious. He wanted the best mask of all. He went to the big cookie shop to find one. The shop was full of sparkly masks in all colors. Sam’s eyes twinkled with joy.

As he searched, Sam found a special mask on a high shelf. It was golden and twinkled like stars! Sam carefully took it down. The mask whispered, "Wear me, and magic will be yours!" Sam was so excited; he tried it on right away!

When Sam put on the magical mask, something amazing happened. He felt a rush! Suddenly, he could jump high like a cake on a spring. With a big hop, Sam leaped into the air, landing on a cupcake tower. Everyone gasped in surprise!

"Wow, Sam! You can fly!" cheered Bella, a raspberry cookie. Sam grinned under his mask. With his new powers, he started dancing and twirling in the air. The other cookies clapped and cheered for him!

Next, Sam wanted to make the party even more fun. He focused hard and thought of a big, colorful balloon. With a zap, balloons floated everywhere, filling up the room with bright colors! The cookies were thrilled, laughing and celebrating around him.

Then, Sam had an idea! He wanted to create a giant cookie slide. He wiggled his fingers, and just like that, a slide appeared made of yummy frosting! All the cookies cheered, “Let's slide!” They rushed to the new slide and took turns zooming down!

As the party continued, Sam used his magical abilities to make cupcakes dance and sprinkles sprinkle everywhere! The laughter and joy made the masquerade a thrilling event unlike any cookie had ever seen before.
