Quarky is a special electronic board. It can do many cool things. You can program Quarky to make faces and play sounds. It can even feel when you touch it! Quarky is full of surprises waiting to happen.

To start using Quarky, first, connect it to your laptop with a USB cable. Next, open PictoBlox, a fun coding program. Here, you will select Block Coding to get started. Then, click the Board button and choose Quarky from the list. Now, it’s time to connect!

Once Quarky is connected, power it ON. Open PictoBlox on your phone and create a new project. Tap the Board button again and select Quarky. Now, tap the Connect button to pair your smartphone with Quarky. And there you go! Quarky is ready to play.

Now we will make Quarky show its emotions on the LED panel. Go to the Display extension in PictoBlox and drag a 'display () emotion' block into your script area. Choose 'happy' from the options. Click the block to see Quarky smile!

To make the magic happen, we need to run the script. Drag the 'when flag clicked' block into the script area and then click the green flag. Watch as Quarky shows its happy face on the matrix! Quarky is so much fun!
