Down in the deep, blue sea, lived a jellyfish named Jelly. Jelly was pink and little, with big, round eyes. "Oh no!" she cried one sunny day, "What if the waves are too loud?" She trembled in the water, feeling scared.

Jelly watched her fish friends swim fast and play, but she was too scared. "Come on, Jelly!" called Finny, a bright yellow fish. "It’s fun down here!" But Jelly just shook her tentacles. "What if I get lost?" she worried.

Jelly floated in her spot, imagining all the creepy things in the ocean. She thought of shadows that were big and dark. "What’s that?" she whispered, as a shadow passed above her. Suddenly, she felt a tickle on her side.

It was Shelly, the sea turtle! "Don't be scared, Jelly! It’s just me!" Shelly smiled. She had a big shell and kind eyes. “The ocean is full of wonders! Let me show you!" Jelly looked a little brighter at Shelly’s words.

"Okay..." Jelly said softly. She took a deep breath and floated closer to Shelly. As they swam, Jelly saw bright corals and fish that sparkled like stars. "Wow! It’s beautiful!" she gasped, her fear fading away.

Suddenly, they saw a huge shadow again. Jelly’s heart raced. "What is it?" she whispered. Shelly laughed and said, "That’s just a big whale. He’s friendly!" Jelly peeked and saw the whale smiling back at her.

"Hello, little jellyfish!" bellowed the whale, his voice like waves. Jelly giggled. "Hi! I didn’t know you were so nice!" The whale waved his fin and splashed water gently, making Jelly laugh even more.

As they swam with the whale, Jelly felt braver. She realized that the ocean wasn’t scary after all. "Thank you, Shelly!" she cheered. "I love it here!" Shelly smiled, proud of her little friend.

Jelly swam with her friends, giggling and dancing. She felt happy and light. The ocean was bright and full of fun! No more fears for Jelly!

From that day on, Jelly was no longer scared. She discovered the joy of the ocean. Every wave was a playground now, and she loved to play and say, "Yay for the sea!"
