Once upon a time, a girl named Goldilocks, with golden hair like shining locks, wandered through the woods one sunny day, and saw a little house far away. Curiosity danced in her eyes so bright, she skipped to the door with pure delight.
Inside lived three bears, big and small, Papa Bear, Mama Bear, and Baby Bear, one and all. They made yummy porridge, hot and tasty, but when they went out for a stroll so hasty, Goldilocks snuck in without a glance, ready for an adventure, ready for a chance.
First, she found the porridge steaming in a bowl, she tasted Papa's—it was too hot, oh no! Next, she tried Mama's, but it was too cold, then Baby Bear's porridge, it was just right, bold! With a happy smile, she ate it all, oh, what a feast, what a sweet call!
After her meal, she wished to rest, so she wandered around, looking for the best. She found three chairs, one big, one neat, and a tiny chair that looked so sweet. She sat in Papa's but it was too tall, Mama's was wide, and she felt so small.
Then she tried Baby Bear's chair with care, but, oh dear! It broke—oh, what a scare! With a frown on her face, she then took her leave, to find a soft bed where she could believe. She climbed up the stairs, feeling quite brave, to find a bed that felt like a wave.
In the bedroom, three beds lay in a row, a big one for Papa, a soft one, aglow. Mama's bed was cozy, a dreamy delight, but Baby Bear’s bed, oh, it felt just right! So she snuggled in deep, with a smile so wide, as the bears came home with joyful pride.
As the bears entered, they were quite surprised, to see Goldilocks with sleepy eyes. “Who’s been tasting our porridge?” they all did shout, Goldilocks woke up, filled with doubt! She saw the three bears, big and round, and jumped out of bed, with a scared little sound.
With quick little feet, she dashed for the door, learning a lesson she'd not known before. Respect for others is what she learned that day, and as she ran home, she promised to play, with kindness in her heart and a smile on her face, to never again invade someone’s space.
