Echo Loco was a brave girl who loved adventure. One day, she heard about Stinky Pete McGee, a mischievous man. He was trying to spread a terrible disease to the bats. Echo Loco knew she had to stop him because the bats were her friends! With a plan in her heart, she set out to save them.
Echo Loco skipped down the forest path, her heart full of courage. She wore her favorite superhero cape, which made her feel extra brave. As she reached the big oak tree, she spotted her friend Flippy the bat hanging upside down. "Don't worry, Flippy!" Echo Loco said, "I won't let Stinky Pete hurt you or your family!"
With her trusty flashlight in hand, Echo Loco tiptoed through the forest. She knew Stinky Pete liked to hide in the shadows, and she had to be very sneaky. Suddenly, she heard a rustling sound behind a bush. "I see you, Pete!" Echo Loco shouted, shining her light bravely. Stinky Pete jumped out, surprised!
"Oh no!" cried Stinky Pete, stumbling back. "I didn't think anyone would catch me!" Echo Loco smiled with her hands on her hips. "It's not nice to hurt bats, Pete. They need our help!" she said firmly. Pete hung his head, feeling sorry. "I guess you're right," he replied, "I won't bother the bats anymore."
Echo Loco nodded, happy that Pete had learned his lesson. Together, they walked back to the oak tree where all the bats were gathered. Echo Loco waved her flashlight, making pretty patterns for the bats to follow. "Thank you, Echo Loco!" squeaked Flippy happily. Echo Loco laughed, knowing she'd always be there to protect her bat friends.
