Once upon a sunny day, Lily and her dad went to play. They packed their bags with snacks and juice. The zoo was waiting, full of fun to choose!
When they arrived, the gates were wide. Excitement bubbled up inside. They saw a sign that said, "Welcome to our zoo!" Lily cheered, "What shall we do?"

First, they saw the lions, big and proud. Roaring loud, they impressed the crowd. Lily gasped, and her eyes grew wide. "Look at those manes! They are so dignified!"

Next, they went to see the monkeys swing. Jumping and climbing, they did everything! One little monkey dropped a banana peel. "Oh no!" said Lily, "That’s quite a deal!"

Then came the elephants, big and gray. They splashed water and played all day. Lily laughed as they trumpeted loud, feeling happy, just like a cloud.

They saw colorful birds that flew so high. "Look at their feathers!" Lily did cry. Green, blue, and bright red, oh what a sight, fluttering and flapping, a pure delight!

After all the fun, it was lunchtime too. They found a spot, under the shade of a tree, with their packed snacks and drinks so sweet. "This is the best day!" said Lily with glee.

Post-lunch, they visited the reptile room. Snakes slithered by, making Lily zoom! "They look so slippery!" she squealed with delight. "But from a safe distance, I'll watch them tonight!"

As the day was ending, they walked hand in hand. The zoo was a place where memories expand. Lily said, “Dad, can we come again? I loved every moment!” She added with a grin.
