It was a sunny day at the playground. Children ran and laughed, swinging high and spinning round. Izzy and Julie played together, but they noticed a girl sitting alone. She had big brown eyes and her cheeks were wet from tears.

"Who is that?" Izzy asked, pointing towards the girl. "I think she's a new student," Julie answered. With their hearts full of kindness, they decided to say hello. They walked towards her, feeling brave and cheerful.
"Hello, I'm Julie!" Julie said, smiling bright. The girl sniffed and replied softly, "Um... I'm Samantha." "It's nice to meet you, Samantha! Are you new?" asked Liz, who had joined them.
"Yes, my family moved here two weeks ago," Samantha said with a sigh. Izzy frowned and asked, "Why are you sad?" Samantha explained, "I'm alone. I don’t know anyone." Liz smiled and said, "Don't cry. Do you want to play with us?"
Samantha brightened up and smiled, "Yes, please! What are you playing?" "We're looking for monsters! If you find one, you score a point!" Julie explained. They all laughed, climbed trees, and jumped in the leaves, having the best time together.
