Yousef was a cheerful boy with black hair and hazel eyes. One bright morning in Mashhad, he called to his little sister, Elaheh, as they played in their cozy apartment. "Come on, Elaheh! Let's put our toys away before Mama sees the mess!" Elaheh giggled, her big eyes sparkling with excitement. Yousef quickly stacked his colorful blocks while Elaheh tried to place a stuffed bear on the shelf. A sense of pride filled Yousef as he said, "When we tidy up, we find space for more fun!"
Later, Mama called, "Time to brush your teeth, Yousef!" With a smile, Yousef grabbed his toothbrush and squeezed out minty toothpaste. "I love brushing my teeth!" he declared happily. Elaheh joined him, mimicking every move. After brushing, Mama reminded, "Let’s put on our pajamas and read a bedtime story!" As Yousef snuggled into bed, he whispered, "Goodnight, Elaheh. Tomorrow, let’s do more chores together!" And with that, Yousef drifted off, dreaming about their next adventure.
The next morning, Yousef awoke with a bright idea. "Elaheh, let's surprise Mama by helping with breakfast!" he said, bouncing out of bed. Elaheh clapped her hands in delight and followed him to the kitchen. Carefully, they set the table with bowls and spoons, just like Mama did. When Mama walked in, her eyes widened with joy. "What a wonderful surprise!" she exclaimed, hugging them both tightly.
After breakfast, Yousef and Elaheh decided to water the plants on the balcony. "Plants need water to grow, just like we need food and sleep," Yousef explained wisely. Elaheh nodded, holding the watering can as Yousef showed her how to gently sprinkle water on the leaves. They watched the droplets glisten in the sunlight, feeling proud to help things thrive. "We're like garden heroes!" Elaheh giggled, and Yousef laughed along with her.
That evening, as they climbed into bed, Yousef asked, "What chore will we do tomorrow?" Elaheh thought for a moment, then replied, "Let's make our beds!" Yousef nodded, smiling at the thought of another day filled with little adventures. Mama's voice floated in, "Goodnight, my little helpers." Warm and cozy, Yousef whispered, "Goodnight, Mama. Goodnight, Elaheh." And with dreams of bright mornings and happy chores, they drifted into a peaceful sleep.
