Lily is a little girl, so bright and so bold. In first grade she shines, her heart full of gold. She loves to play gymnastics, to jump and to twirl, swinging like a butterfly, our sweet little girl. One sunny day, she practiced outside. With flips and with twists, she took so much pride.
Lily climbed on the beam, oh so high! She balanced like a star, almost touching the sky. Her friends cheered her on, "Go, Lily, go!" With a smile on her face, she was putting on a show. She leaped and she twirled, graceful as can be, flying through the air, so wild and so free.
Then came her kitten, a furry little ball. It dashed through the grass, oh, it was so small! Lily giggled and laughed, as it jumped all around. Her heart felt so happy, with love that she found. She invited her kitten to join her in play, and together they danced in a joyful way.
Lily tried a big flip, she was feeling so brave. She landed with a thud, oh no! she must wave. But she got up again, with a grin on her face. "It's okay to fall! I will find my own pace!" With a hop and a skip, she started anew, knowing that each tumble is how we all grew.
As the sun started setting, Lily waved goodbye. She brought her friends close, hearts soaring high. "Let's all be like stars that shine up above. Together we'll tumble, in laughter and love!" The night filled with dreams of flips, fun, and grace, in the world of gymnastics, the happiest place.
