Bedtime Story
Meet Sammy, a tiny squirrel with a big heart. Follow his journey as he overcomes his fear of heights to help his friend Bella, teaching us that bravery comes in all sizes!
Once there was a tiny squirrel named Sammy. Sammy lived in a big, tall tree with his furry friends. He loved to play, but there was one thing he feared—he was scared of heights. Sammy watched his friends climb and jump, but he always stayed on the ground.
One sunny day, Sammy's friend Bella the bird got stuck in a high branch. Bella chirped, "Help! I can’t get down!" Sammy's heart raced. He wanted to help, but he was so scared of climbing that tall tree.

Sammy took a deep breath. He thought about his friends and how they always helped each other. Sammy whispered to himself, "I can be brave. I can help Bella!" So, he started to climb the lowest branch.

As he climbed higher, Sammy felt his little paws shake. He closed his eyes for a moment and imagined his friends cheering him on. "You can do it, Sammy!" they seemed to say. He opened his eyes and kept climbing, one branch at a time.

“Let me get you down, Bella!” Sammy called out. Bella smiled, her wings flapping with hope. Sammy reached the branch where Bella was. She looked so relieved and happy to see him!

Carefully, Sammy made a little bridge with his tiny paws for Bella to hop onto. "Just trust me," he said. Bella fluttered onto Sammy's back, feeling safe. Sammy felt proud and brave. He could do this!

Slowly, Sammy climbed down the tree, step by step, with Bella resting safely on his back. Each step made him feel stronger. The other animals below watched in awe, shouting, "Go, Sammy! You’re so brave!"

Finally, Sammy reached the ground. Bella flew off his back, singing, “Thank you, Sammy! You saved me!” Sammy beamed with joy. He did it! He faced his fear and helped his friend.

From that day on, Sammy felt different. He learned that being brave doesn’t mean being big. It means helping others, even when you're scared. Sammy climbed trees more often, smiling every time.

And so, the little squirrel became a hero in the forest, showing everyone that bravery comes in all sizes. Sammy the squirrel was no longer scared. He was brave!
