Benny the Badger was a brave little fellow. He lived in a cozy burrow under the big oak tree. Benny dreamed of becoming a hero one day. He wanted to do something wonderful and brave. His heart was full of courage, ready for adventure!

Benny's best friend was Ruby the Rabbit. Ruby was clever and quick with her feet. She always had good ideas and loved to help Benny. Together, they made a great team. They played games and had fun every day in the sunny meadow.

One morning, dark clouds filled the sky. Benny looked up and felt the air change. "Oh no! A storm is coming!" he shouted. Ruby's ears perked up with worry. They had to save their home from the big storm!

"Let's prepare!" said Ruby, hopping with excitement. They gathered sticks and leaves. Benny found some big rocks. They worked together to build a strong shelter. It needed to be safe and snug for all their friends.

As the winds began to blow, Benny and Ruby ran to warn the other animals. "Come quick! The storm is here!" Benny called. All the animals hurried to the shelter. They trusted Benny and Ruby to keep them safe.

The storm grew wild, and rain poured down. Benny stood at the entrance, his heart thumping. He wanted to be brave for everyone. Ruby patted him on the back. "We can do this, Benny!" she cheered, giving him strength.
