The Boy Who Loved Christmas

Once there was a little boy named Ben who loved Christmas more than anything. Every morning in December, he would rush to the window, eyes bright with anticipation. “Is it Christmas yet?” he asked eagerly, and his mom would chuckle warmly and say, “Not yet, but soon!” Ben’s heart would flutter like the snowflakes drifting outside as he pictured the magical celebrations to come. His room was filled with drawings of reindeer and snowmen, all painted with his love for the season, while the smell of cookies wafted through the air from the kitchen where his mom baked.

Finally, the day arrived! On Christmas morning, Ben woke up early, his heart racing. “It’s here!” he cheered as he dashed out of his room. The living room was aglow with twinkly lights, and underneath the tree lay gifts wrapped in shining paper. Ben’s family gathered around, and they all exchanged hugs that felt just as warm as the hot cocoa they’d drink later. "This is the best Christmas ever!" Ben exclaimed, beaming with joy. And it truly was, filled with laughter, love, and all the wonder he had dreamed of.
