Bedtime Story
Join Lucy as she discovers the magical world of 'used to' with her friend Whiskers, a friendly cat. Together, they explore the past while having lots of fun!
Lucy was a bright girl who loved to explore. One sunny day, she found a lovely book in the library. It was called 'The Magic of Used To'. Curious, she opened it and smiled, it glowed brilliantly!
Inside the book, Lucy saw a friendly cat named Whiskers. Whiskers wore glasses and had a big smile. 'Hello, Lucy!'. 'This book will teach you how to use 'used to'', said Whiskers with a wink.

Whiskers took Lucy on an adventure. They traveled back in time to see what people used to do. They saw kids who used to play outside, laughing and flying kites. 'They had so much fun!' Lucy cheered.

The next stop was a busy kitchen. Whiskers showed Lucy how people used to cook. 'They used to bake bread from scratch,' he said, while the aroma filled the air. Lucy loved the warm smell of freshly baked bread.

Then, they visited a school. The children used to learn with chalk on blackboards. Whiskers said, 'Back then, they didn't have tablets or smartboards!' Lucy giggled at the funny drawings on the board.

After the school, Lucy and Whiskers went to a park. There were swings and merry-go-rounds. 'They used to play all day long!' whisked Whiskers, making Lucy sway and dance with joy.

Suddenly, they landed back in the library. Lucy felt excited! 'Now I understand,' she said. 'Used to means things that happened in the past.' Whiskers nodded, proud of his new friend!

Whiskers added, 'You can use it too! Talk about things you used to do or see!' Lucy thought about her little puppy, who used to chase butterflies when he was small.
