Ali and the Zoo Animals

Ali was a happy boy. One sunny day, he said, "I want to see all the animals!" His mom smiled and said, "Let’s go to the zoo!" So they went. The sun shined bright, and they walked through the gate.

When they entered, Ali saw a tall giraffe. The giraffe stretched its long neck to eat leaves. "Wow! Look at that!" said Ali. Giraffe smiled down at him. "Hello!" said the giraffe. "I love to munch!"

Next, they saw the lions. They were big and fluffy. One lion yawned, showing his big teeth. Ali giggled and shouted, "Nice nap!" The lion opened one eye and said, "Roar! It’s a tough job being king!"

After that, they visited the colorful birds. Parrots were squawking and singing. Ali sang back, "La la la!" The parrots chirped, "You sing well!" Ali was so proud and sang even louder.

Suddenly, they heard a splash. It was the silly penguins! They waddled and slid on ice. Ali laughed and said, "You are funny!" One penguin said, "We love to slide and play all day!"

Next was the sleepy panda. It rolled and tumbled on the grass. Ali whispered, "You are so cute!" The panda looked up and said, "Thank you! I love to nap!" He then yawned wide!

Finally, they reached the exit, but Ali didn’t want to go. "Can we stay a bit longer?" he asked. His mom smiled, "We can come back soon!" Ali waved goodbye to all the animals.
