Ahmed was playing ball with his grandfather in the sunny garden. "Grandpa! Look at me! I'm throwing the ball far!" Ahmed exclaimed, his eyes shining with excitement. His grandfather chuckled, his warm eyes twinkling, and said, "Well done, Ahmed, but be careful! Don't throw the ball too far!"
The ball soared high in the air, then came down and went right into a deep hole in the ground. Ahmed's smile faded, and he gasped, "Oh no! The ball!" He ran quickly toward the hole, his small feet pattering on the grass.
Suddenly, his grandfather shouted, "Stay away from the hole! It's dangerous for you!" The serious tone made Ahmed stop. He looked at his grandfather, who looked concerned, and realized his grandpa was right. The hole looked dark and deep.
Feeling a mix of worry and sadness, Ahmed stepped back. "But I want my ball!" he cried, his heart heavy. His grandfather walked over and put a comforting hand on his shoulder. "We can find another ball, Ahmed. Your safety is more important!"
Feeling sad, Ahmed went home. Inside, he remembered all the fun he had with the ball and wished he could play with it again. He felt like he had lost not just a ball, but a piece of joy. His little heart ached.
The next day at school, Ahmed's friends were buzzing with excitement. They were all talking about the mysterious hole in the garden. "We saw the hole! There are small bushes, and I see you!" one friend said, wide-eyed.
Ahmed listened, remembering his grandfather's warning about the hole. His friends seemed unafraid, but Ahmed thought of the danger. "That hole is not just a hole, it's like a secret!" he said to himself, realizing how right his grandpa was.
With gratitude blooming in his heart, Ahmed said a little prayer. He thanked God for protecting him from harm and for his grandfather's wise words. "May God protect us from evil," he whispered, feeling safe at last.
Later that day, Ahmed found a new ball by the playground. This one was brighter and bouncier! He picked it up, filled with joy. "I can play safely now!" he laughed, his happiness returning.
From that day on, every time he played, he remembered his grandfather's safety advice. And together, they shared many more throws in the beautiful sunny garden.
