Once there was a kind fisherman named Sam. Sam went fishing in the sparkling blue sea every day. One morning, he caught a big fish. But this fish was special! It sparkled like a diamond and spoke to him!

The magic fish said, "Please let me go! I will grant you three wishes!" Sam was amazed. He thought about all the things he could wish for. "I wish for a big, shiny boat!" he exclaimed. The fish waved its tail and poof! A beautiful boat appeared!

Sam was so happy! He sailed away in his new boat. Next, he thought, "I want a warm, cozy house by the beach!" The fish smiled and said, "Your wish is my command!" Suddenly, a lovely house appeared on the sand.

Now Sam was proud. He told everyone, "Look what I have!" But soon he became greedy. He thought, "I want more! I wish for gold and jewels!" The magic fish looked sad but granted his wish.

Gold and jewels filled Sam's house! But instead of feeling happy, Sam felt alone. He shouted, "I want everyone to see my treasure!" But when people came, they only wanted his gold. They didn't want to be his friends.

One day, the fish returned. "You have all you wanted, but are you happy?" it asked. Sam realized he felt empty inside. He remembered when he was kind and simple. He felt sorry for his greed.

Sam said, "I wish to be kind again. No more gold, just happiness!" The fish smiled brightly. With a wave of its tail, the gold vanished, and Sam's heart felt light and full of joy.

Now, he had his friends back. They laughed and played by the sea. Sam learned that having a big heart was better than having lots of gold. He thanked the magic fish for the lesson.
