One morning in the doggy town of Pawston, the sun shone brightly. Tag Barker and Scooch Pooch were excited to explore. They wagged their tails and hurried down the street. Today was special! They were going to a fancy dress party.

When they reached the dress shop, it was colorful and fun! Scooch looked at a pirate costume and smiled. Tag found a pink ballerina tutu. "Look at us!" they barked happily. They couldn’t wait to wear their outfits!
Next, they spotted giant balloons in bright colors. Scooch chose a giant purple balloon, and Tag wanted a giant red one. They jumped up and down with joy. They ran to the doggy shopkeeper, wagging their tails and asked, "Can you inflate our balloons?"
The kind shopkeeper nodded. He filled their balloons with helium, and they floated up high! Tag’s red balloon bobbed in the air while Scooch’s purple balloon danced beside him. They tied the balloons with black string, feeling very cheerful.
Tag put on her pink tutu, but her knees were knocking with excitement! Scooch wore his pirate hat, and he smiled wide. With their costumes and their giant balloons, they were ready for the fancy dress party in Pawston!
