Benny was a little boy with a big heart. One sunny morning, he woke up feeling grumpy. His toys were messy and he couldn't find his favorite truck. Benny felt a hot wave of anger come over him. He stomped his feet and shouted, 'Why is everything so messy?'.

Benny's mom came in and saw his frown. She said, 'It's okay, Benny. Let's clean up together!'. Benny was still mad, but he knew his mom was right. They started picking up the toys together. Benny found his truck! It was under the puzzle box.
As they cleaned, Benny learned something new. Anger can be big and loud, but it can also be calm. When he cleaned, he felt a little better. His mom smiled and said, 'See, working together can calm the storm!'.
Later, Benny went outside to play. He saw his friend Mia who looked sad. 'What's wrong?' Benny asked. Mia said, 'I lost my favorite ball.' Benny remembered his anger and wanted to help. 'Let's find it together!'.
Benny and Mia searched high and low. They looked behind bushes and under swings. Finally, they found the ball stuck in a tree! Mia was so happy. Benny felt warm inside too. He learned that sharing joy was much better than holding onto anger.
