Hamza's Colorful World

Hello! My name is Hamza. I live in a friendly town called Baqa al-Gharbiyya. It is a lovely place filled with trees and laughter. I am in fourth grade, and I am 9 years old. Every day is an adventure for me!

I go to Ibn Khaldun School. The school is bright and cheerful. There are many students and teachers. My favorite part of school is learning new things. I love math and science, especially when we do fun experiments!

At home, I have three brothers. We play games and have a lot of fun together. Sometimes, we race our bikes in the street or play football in the park. Life with my brothers is always exciting!

We live on a small farm with many chickens. Chickens are funny little creatures. They cluck and flap their wings. I enjoy feeding them and watching them run around!

From time to time, I help my mom collect eggs. The eggs are warm and come in different colors. Sometimes I even find a surprise egg! It feels like treasure hunting.

Along with the chickens, we have lots of colorful parrots. The parrots are my favorite! They are bright green, blue, and yellow, and they love to sing. I like to talk to them and they talk back sometimes!

When I play outside, I dream of flying like my parrots. I imagine soaring through the sky with the blue color all around me. Blue is my favorite color, just like the sky on a sunny day!

In the evenings, we gather for dinner. We talk about our day and laugh a lot. My parents tell us stories from when they were children. It makes me feel connected to my roots.

Every night, after dinner, I sit by the window and watch the stars. They twinkle in the dark sky, and I make wishes on them. It's peaceful and beautiful.
