Once upon a time, Goldilocks roamed the woods, curious and bright. She found a quaint house, hidden from sight. It belonged to three bears, big, medium, and small. Little did Goldilocks know, she would soon disturb them all.
In the kitchen, the smell wafted, sweet and divine. Goldilocks gazed at the porridge, wishing it were mine. She tasted the first bowl, too hot for her tongue. The second was cold. The third? Just right; she instantly sprung!
With a smile on her face, she gobbled it all up. Then, she wandered away, no thought of a hiccup. 'Oh, what fun!' she thought, feeling quite merry. But soon she'd find out, the bears weren't so airy.
Next, she spotted some chairs, big, medium, and small. She chose the big one; it wobbled but didn't fall. The medium was too hard, the small one too weak. But the little chair broke!
She found herself on the floor and gave out a squeak. 'I should've been careful and shown them respect. These chairs are not mine; they're for the bears to protect.'
Up the stairs, she ventured, looking for a rest. Three beds awaited her, but which one was best? The large bed was too firm, the medium, too soft. But the small one was cozy; in no time, she was aloft.
Goldilocks fell asleep, dreaming of sweets. Meanwhile, back home, the bear family meets. They returned from their walk, eager and spry, only to find out who had come by.
'Who’s been eating my porridge?' growled big Papa Bear. 'Who’s been sitting in my chair?' asked Mama Bear with a glare. 'Someone’s sleeping in my bed!' squeaked the tiny bear. Goldilocks woke up with a gasp and a scare!
She saw the three bears, her heart raced with fright. She dashed down the stairs, out into the light. Goldilocks ran fast, vowing to think twice, for the lives of others are precious and nice.
From that day on, she learned the good lessons of life. To respect others' things and avoid future strife. So when you pass by and find a door ajar, remember Goldilocks, and you’ll go very far!
