Yas and the Invisible Backpack

Yas was a little boy who felt very sad one day. He didn’t know why he felt this way. It was just a gray morning, and everything seemed not so bright. Yas sighed as he looked out his window, wishing he could feel happy again.

A little boy, Yas, with short dark hair, wearing a blue t-shirt, looking out of his window with a sad expression on a gray day, digital art, soft colors, warm lighting, child-friendly, high quality

As Yas sat alone, a glowing butterfly came fluttering by. It had bright wings that sparkled in the sunlight. The butterfly danced around Yas, making him smile just a little. It whispered to him, 'Come with me and see what you carry inside.'

The butterfly led Yas to a magical rainbow bridge. Yas stepped onto the bridge with the butterfly beside him. As they walked, Yas suddenly saw a big, heavy backpack on his back. 'What is this?' he wondered, feeling surprised.

The glowing butterfly whispered, 'This is your invisible backpack! Inside are your feelings. Let’s take a look!’ With each step, Yas began to unpack his feelings. One by one, he named them: sadness, anger, and even worry. It felt good to see them clearly.

With every feeling Yas named, he felt lighter and lighter. At the end of the rainbow bridge, Yas smiled more brightly. The butterfly said, 'You can talk about your feelings! Let them go, and you will feel free.' Yas learned that sharing his heart helps him to be happy again.
