Jack and the Magical Beanstalk

Jack lived in a small house with his mother. They were very poor. One day, Jack sold their cow for magic beans. His mother was angry and threw the beans out the window.

The next morning, Jack saw a giant beanstalk reaching up to the sky. It was green and tall, touching the clouds! Jack couldn't believe his eyes. He decided to climb it.

Up he climbed, higher and higher, above the trees. The wind blew gently, and the sun shone bright. Jack felt brave and excited as he reached the top of the beanstalk.

At the top, Jack found a big castle in the clouds. It was beautiful and made of sparkling stones. Jack walked to the castle and knocked on the door. Nobody answered, so he went inside.

Inside the castle, Jack saw many treasures. There were golden coins, shiny jewels, and beautiful clothes. Jack's eyes got big with amazement! He wanted to take some home.

Suddenly, Jack saw a giant sleeping on a big bed. The giant was huge! Jack was very quiet as he tiptoed around, trying not to wake him up.

Then, Jack spotted a golden goose! The goose was sitting on a golden egg. Jack knew he had to take the goose home. It would make his mother happy.

Jack carefully grabbed the golden goose and started to leave. But the giant woke up! He roared, "Fee-fi-fo-fum! I smell the blood of an Englishman!"

Jack ran as fast as he could. The giant chased him down the hall! Jack quickly climbed down the beanstalk with the goose in his arms.
