Once upon a time, there was a little spoiled princess named Bella. She had all the toys and treats in the kingdom, but she was not kind. One sunny day, Bella was playing by a pond and saw a frog sitting on a lily pad. The frog looked sad, and Bella giggled at him.

The frog said, "Please help me, Princess Bella. I am not just a frog, but a prince! If you kiss me, I'll turn back into a prince!" Bella laughed. She thought it was silly to kiss a frog. "Why should I help you?" she asked.

The frog replied, "Because it's good to keep promises, Princess. I will be your friend if you help me. Friends are important!" Bella frowned. She didn’t think friends were important – she just wanted to play with her toys.

But something in the frog's big, brown eyes made Bella think. She remembered a time when she had promised to share her toys, but never did. So, she sat down next to the pond and talked to the frog.

As they chatted, Bella found herself liking the frog a little more. She told him about her lovely castle and her many beautiful dresses. The frog listened eagerly and shared his dreams of being a prince again.

After a while, Bella thought again about kissing the frog. She shook her head, "No way! You are still just a frog!" The frog smiled and said, "That’s okay! Being friends is good, too!"

Days passed, and Bella began to visit the frog every day. They played games, sang songs, and Bella learned to be kind. Slowly, she felt different inside. She wanted to help her friend.

One day, Bella finally made a choice. She said, "Okay, I will keep my promise!" With a brave heart, she kissed the frog, and with a flash of light, he turned into a handsome prince!

Bella gasped! The frog was now tall and wearing royal clothes. The prince smiled at Bella. "Thank you for believing in me! You see, keeping promises is very important!"

From that day on, Bella and the prince had many adventures together. Bella learned that friendship and kindness were worth more than all the toys in the kingdom, and she always kept her promises.
