The Ant and the Grasshopper

Once upon a time, in a sunny meadow, there lived an ant named Andy. He was a small, brown ant, with tiny black eyes and a shiny body. Andy worked hard every day, gathering food for winter.

One sunny day, Andy was busy collecting seeds and berries. He hummed a little tune as he worked. But Ginny danced by and laughed, 'Why work so hard, Andy? Come jump and play with me!'

Weeks passed, and Andy continued to work. He saw many friends playing and dancing. He felt happy to see them, but he knew he had to stay focused. The sun was bright, and the days were getting shorter.

But soon, the leaves turned gold, and the air became chilly. One day, Ginny realized that winter was almost here. She searched for food but found none. She felt very sad.

Andy opened the door and saw Ginny's sad face. He smiled warmly and said, 'You can share my food. But remember, it's important to prepare for hard times.'
