Willa was a wise owl who lived in a tall oak tree. She had big, round eyes that sparkled like stars. Every night, she flew around seeking adventures.
One evening, Willa heard a strange noise coming from the river. She flapped her wings and flew swiftly to find out what it was. The moonlight shone bright, lighting her way.
When she reached the riverbank, Willa found a little frog named Freddy. He was stuck on a lily pad and looked very worried. Willa asked, ‘What’s wrong, Freddy?’
Freddy replied, ‘I can’t jump back to the shore! I’m afraid the water is deep!’ Willa thought for a moment and said, ‘Don’t worry, I can help you.’
With a gentle flap of her wings, Willa flew over to Freddy's lily pad. ‘Hold on tight!’ she said, and with that, she carefully lifted him up in her claws.
Freddy was thrilled! ‘Thank you, Willa! You’re so strong and wise!’ Willa smiled and said, ‘You should believe in yourself. You’re stronger than you think.'
Willa placed Freddy safely on the shore, and he croaked with joy. ‘I’ll always remember your kindness, Willa!’ he said, hopping away happily.
As the night grew darker, Willa felt a sense of accomplishment. She continued her journey through the forest, feeling proud of helping her new friend.
Suddenly, she spotted a group of animals gathered in a circle. Curious, she flew closer to see what was happening. They were looking for the missing stars!
Willa exclaimed, ‘I can help you find them! Let’s use my bright eyes to search the sky!’ Together, they soared into the dark night, ready for another adventure.
