Maryam and Badriya are good friends. They love to play and run. Every weekend, they go to the park with their families. The sun shines bright, and they are ready for fun!

Today is Friday. The girls are so excited! Maryam has a big orange basketball. Badriya brings a shiny tennis racket and a yellow tennis ball. The girls play happily. Maryam shoots the basketball while Badriya swings her racket.
'Watch me, Badriya!' says Maryam with a giggle. 'OK, Maryam!' Badriya replies, smiling. They cheer for each other. They are having so much fun! Suddenly, Maryam throws her basketball high into the air!
Oh no! My basketball is stuck in the tree! Maryam cries. 'Don't worry,' Badriya says. 'I've got an idea! I can help!' Badriya points her racket at the tree and gets ready to save the day.
With a swift swing, Badriya knocks Maryam's basketball out of the tree. 'Well done, Badriya!' Maryam cheers. 'My basketball! Thank you, Badriya!' The girls laugh, and a cute little bird lands on the ball. 'Look, Maryam! The bird likes your basketball!' they giggle together.
