يوسف الصادق

في صف صغير، كانت المعلمة تبحث عن الحذاء الأحمر. قالت: "أحبائي، من أخذ هذا الحذاء من حقيبتي؟" الأطفال نظروا إلى بعضهم البعض، ولم يعرفوا ماذا يقولوا. المعلمة لم تغضب، بل ابتسمت وقالت: "أنا فقط أريد الصدق."

يوسف، وهو طفل صغير، أخذ الحذاء دون إذن. أراد أن يريه لأمه، لكنه شعر بالخوف. أصبح قلبه ينبض بسرعة. قال في نفسه: "ماذا سأقول للمعلمة؟"

في الليل، لم يستطع يوسف أن ينام، كان يفكر كثيراً. تذكر جملته المفضلة: "الصدق مفتاح القلب النظيف!". قرر أنه يجب أن يكون صادقًا. وجد أنه لا يستطيع الاستمرار في الكذب.

بدأ الأطفال بصفقون له. قال أحدهم: "أنت بطل!" بينما بدأت أخرى تغني: "يوسف الصادق!". أصبح الجو مفعمًا بالفرح والاحتفاء.
